Submarine Veterans Receive Quilts of Valor at the Muskogee War Memorial Park

The staff at the Muskogee War Memorial Park: Home of the USS Batfish was proud to have one of our own submarine veterans honored by Quilts of Valor, an organization dedicated to cover veterans and service members with comforting and healing quilts of valor. Nick Guagliardo, a World War II submarine veteran who served aboard the USS Loggerhead (SS-374) and the USS Mackerel (SS-204) is also set to receive a Quilt at the Muskogee War Memorial Park at a later date.
